摘要: An optically controlled microwave switch (OCMS) with improved performance is demonstrated by introducing a complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR). The CSRR etched in the metal ground and placed just below microstrip gap that bridged piece of high-resistivity silicon dice. Thanks to deep transmission zero offered CSRR, high isolation off state can be achieved controlling position CSRR. Meanwhile, allowed designed smaller size for reducing insertion loss OCMS its on state. Measurements are performed comparison between traditional proposed one. illustrates an attractive method improve OCMS, which reduction increase achieved.
