Highly regular anatase nanotubule arrays fabricated in porous anodic templates

摘要: Abstract Compact, continuous and uniform anatase nanotubules with diameters in the range 50–70 nm were produced inside PAO nano-templates by pressure impregnating pores titanium isopropoxide then oxidatively decomposing reagent at 500 °C. Cleaning surface of template repeating process several times titania a wall thickness ∼3 per impregnation. The tube exteriors appeared to be faithful replicas which they formed. crystallinity form (anatase) determined using XRD Raman spectroscopy. Tubules this low diameter could not sol–gel.
