摘要: Advances in molecular and cell biology over the last two decades, including most notably sequencing of human genome, have undoubtedly determined a better understanding disease pathophysiology, more precise identification populations at risk for certain conditions. However, many questions remain unanswered using genomic approach alone, what gene products responses to insults are, given genetic abnormality.
