The construct of“Integration Mindsets” is at heart of andis defined as an individual’s way about inte-gration that based on knowledge and beliefs regard-ing strategy for achieving integration (i.e., StrategyMental Model) roles relationships thoseinvolved in process RelationshipsMental [5]. similarity Integration Mindsetsis shaped by contextual factors multiple levels [4].The Mindsets, turn, influ-ences strategic processes proximal outcomes.The among Mindset similarity,strategic processes, outcomes are mod-erated mental model type (strategy and/or relation-ships) content (knowledge and/orbeliefs).
