Methods Before 1 month surgery the following parameters were estimated: average fundamental frequency (Fo), Jitter percent (Jitt), Shimmer, noise-to-harmonics ratio (NHR), turbulence index (VTI), soft phonation (SPI), degree voiceless (DUV), breaks (DVB) peak amplitude variation (vAm); as an evaluation nasal resonance, articulation handicap (VHI). Results results statistically evaluated using unpaired t- test. Probability values below 0.05 regarded significant. One surgery, our data showed significant ( P Conclusions suggest role adenotonsillectomy improvement quality objective correct management these children.
