摘要: Phthalate esters (PEs) are a group of widely used commercial chemicals consisting many different congeners. Concentrations di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate ester in the parts per million range have been observed sediments from locations North America and Europe. However, sediment biota concentrations other PEs (i.e., dibutyl phthalate, diisononyl diisodecyl phthalate) rare often doubt because analytical difficulties. One problems is that formulations predominantly consist with specific molecular weight but include isomers within each class. Currently there no methods or required standards to fully separate into classes corresponding which they originate. Hence, ambient total mixture-specific PE do not exist. This study presents new method based on reversed-phase liquid chromatography/ electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC/ESI-MS) for quantitative determination individual PEs, including six congeners U.S. EPA Priority pollutant list several isomeric mixtures, complex environmental matrixes. The applied determine composition fish an urbanized marine ecosystem. fingerprints show predominance high match capita consumption levels PEs. Fingerprints tissue low levels. findings indicate higher less biologically available than lower ones.
