摘要: Background As numerous diseases involve errors in signal transduction, modern therapeutics often target proteins involved cellular signaling. Interpretation of the activity signaling pathways during disease development or therapeutic intervention would assist drug development, design therapy, and identification. Microarrays provide a global measure response, however linking these responses to requires an analytic approach tuned underlying biology. An ongoing issue pattern recognition microarrays has been how determine number patterns (or clusters) use for data interpretation, this is critical as measures statistical significance gene ontology rely on proper separation genes into groups.
