摘要: The major limitation to the development of embryo transfer technique in cattle is highly variable between individuals ovulatory response FSH-induced superovulation. objective this study was identify a predictor forecast superovulation on basis associations performance and gene polymorphism, variation bovine luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor (LHCGR) investigated using PCR-single-strand conformational (PCR-SSCP) DNA sequencing. Four single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) G51656T, A51703G, A51726G G51737A were identified at intron 9 LHCGR 171 Chinese Holstein cows treated for superovulation, evaluated its with superovulatory response. Association analysis showed that these four SNPs had significant effects total number ova (TNO) (P < 0.05). Moreover, A51703G significantly associated transferable embryos (NTE) In addition, additive effect TNO detected G51656T 0.05) 0.01), polymorphism also NTE 0.01). These results indicate potential marker can be used predict most appropriate dose FSH cows.
