摘要: Research into biomarkers of autism is a new means medical intervention in this disease. Chromatographic techniques, especially coupled with mass spectrometry, are widely used determination and assessment effectiveness therapy owing to their sensitivity selectivity. Among the chromatographic techniques gas chromatography liquid chromatography, high-performance have found application clinical trials. The technique allows an analysis samples wide range molecules, small large, providing opportunity perform advanced assays within short time frame. Gas appropriate preparation (gaseous liquid) selection conditions enables separation thermally stable, volatile non-volatile organic substances runtimes. that currently metabolic studies designed identify abnormalities three areas: metabolism neurotransmitters, nutritional status manifestations oxidative stress. This review presents necessary theoretical introduction examples applications disorder markers autism. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
