摘要: We investigate equilibrium strategies for bidding agents t hat participate in multiple, simultaneous second-price auctions with perfect substitutes. For this setting, previous research has shown that it is a best response bidder to as many such there are available, provided other bidders only parti cipate single auction. In contrast, paper we consider equi librium behaviour where all multiple auctio ns. new setting mixed-strategy Nash equilibria can bid high one auction and low others. By discretising the space, able use smooth fictitious p lay compute approximate solutions. Specifically, find th e results do indeed converge -Nash mixed and, therefore, locate complex games no known solutions previously existed.
