Techniques to reduce shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery for benign gynaecological disease: a systematic review

摘要: Due to the well-known advantages of minimal invasive surgery, majority procedures for benign gynaecological diseases are performed by laparoscopy. Although laparoscopic surgery results in improved patient satisfaction, a considerable portion patients have complaints post-operative shoulder pain. This review presents an overview currently evaluated techniques reduce pain after disease. According Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis guidelines, systematic was conducted using Medline, Embase Cochrane databases. Randomised clinical trials reporting gynaecologic were included. Eighty-eight articles screened inclusion. A total 15 included final review. The following studies described used pain: six effect local anaesthetics, three pulmonary recruitment manoeuvre intraperitoneal drainage. remaining saline installation, minilaparoscopy gasless laparoscopy Laprolift®. Overall, drainage found incidence severity (SP). Based on current evidence, safety possibility implement technique daily practice, can be recommended both SP.
