摘要: A protonpumpagatlok (protonpumpa-inhibitorok, PPI) bevezetese uj fejezetet nyitott a gastrooesophagealis refluxbetegseg (gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD) kezeleseben. betegek kisebb, de nem jelentektelen hanyadaban azonban PPI sem hatekony. Ilyen esetekben az első kerdes mindig az, hogy tunetek valoban GERD-nek tulajdonithatok-e, vagy egyeb betegseg utan kell kutatnunk. Ha GERD legvaloszinűbb lehetőseg, akkor tovabbi vizsgalatok es tobb tamadaspontu kezeles előtt fel terkepeznunk beteg egyuttműkodeset (compliance). eredmenytelen PPI-kezeles hattereben helytelenul kezelt all, szamos korkep lehetőseget is vetnunk. Osszefoglalo kozlemenyunkben elkulonitő diagnosztikai kerdesekről adunk attekintest.
