摘要: The human liver is regarded as a lymphoid organ that contributes to both local and systemic immune response. Intrahepatic cells including regulatory T (Tregs) reside in the hepatic microenvironment which enriched with proinflammatory cytokines, chemokines metabolites. In addition, has unique ability establish maintain tolerance despite continuous influx of gut derived microbial products via portal vein. Regulatory play crucial role maintaining tolerogenic state; however, phenotypic stability, function survival Tregs inflamed still poorly understood. Despite this, immunotherapy remains an appealing therapeutic option autoimmune mediated diseases. order advance cell therapy, it important for us further our understanding microenvironment, aim developing ways modify hostile, environment one more favourable. By doing so, stability would be enhanced, resulting improved clinical outcomes.
