摘要: Sulphur mustard (2,2'-dichloroethyl sulfide; SM) is a vesicant chemical warfare agent whose mechanism of acute or chronic action not known with any certainty and to date there no effective antidote. SM accumulation in adipose tissue (AT) has been originally verified our previous study. To evaluate the biological effect caused by presence abundant adipocyte assess role AT poisoning, vitro vivo experiments were performed. High content analysis revealed multi-cytotoxicity exposed cells time dose dependent manner, adipocytes showed relative moderate damage compared non-adipocytes. Cell co-culture model was established adverse SM-exposed supernatant on growth co-cultured cells. The pathological changes from 10mg/kg percutaneously rats checked inflammation phenomena observed. mRNA protein levels inflammation-related adipokines secreted 1, 3 doses determined reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. expressions proinflammatory anti-inflammatory together promoted development body. positive correlations between serum adipokine explored, which demonstrated substantial systemic responding exposure. Thus, only target but also modulator toxicity.
