摘要: In this study, we hypothesized that relationships among top managers' goals consensus, means demographic homogeneity and firm performance would be positive stronger in a stable industry environment than dynamic one. Utilizing more rigorous methodology, the significant findings of earlier studies could not replicated. Although questions remain interesting important ones, believe pursuing line inquiry further will yield results inconsistent at best fruitless worst. Therefore, urge future researchers to cautiously tread perilous methodologic minefield led our nonfindings.
