摘要: Objectives. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the development and application of discrete choice experiments (DCEs) within health economics. Even though literature include several reviews methodology associated with conducting DCEs analysing resultant data, detailed classification areas covered by is lacking. The aim this paper to provide, after brief description most important phases DCE, comprehensive categorization various which care have performed. Methods. A systematic review was conducted identify published studies using stated preferences context between January 1990 May 2011. Results. 256 were included review. Compared 1990-2000 period, number increased quickly, carried out 30 different countries. primarily investigated patients’ during collecting greater responses comparison baseline period. significant proportion publications estimated benefits services, like specialistic surgical medical generic services for chronics elderly people, maternity childbirth diagnostic facilities. Nevertheless, also used value outcomes, examine pharmaceutical products, investigate labour-market choices as well healthcare systems characteristics policies. Conclusions. This adds body reviewing stock economics, providing new taxonomy such applied. Together methodological refinements, future research should continue explore contexts analysis.
