摘要: The efficient management of multivendor networks is vital importance as increase in size, scope and complexity. This tutorial examines the concepts functions network to lay a foundation for various architectures be examined. paper explains Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), its successor SNMPv2, parallel development ISO's Common Information (CMIP), drawing comparisons between them. concludes with an analysis examples methods integrating SNMP CMIP architectures, well examining some important trends resulting from work industry standards bodies.
