摘要: This paper presents a comparison of new semi-analytical expression with Gaussian-quadrature formulas for the quasi-static double-surface potential integrals arising in boundary integral (BI) models micron-size objects, such as RF-MEMS switches. The considered are Green's functions scalar and vector potentials, constant or linear basis over triangular subdomains. examples given illustrate that formulations can achieve significantly higher solution accuracy more efficient when compared to formulas.
