摘要: The sweat territories of peripheral nerves to the hind-paw mouse were defined by a silastic impression mold method that allowed identification every secreting gland. It was found tibial, sural, saphenous and peroneal all contribute innervation foot pad glands, there is extensive overlapping different nerves. Most glands could be activated electrical stimulation axons in two or three separate fascicles one nerve. This interpreted indicate these receive multiple overlap regions between autonomous zones adjacent cutaneous can from each Partial denervation section source did not prevent gland sweating during intact gland, after pilocarpine treatment. Totally denervated exhibit hypersensitivity; they became unresponsive pilocarpine, acetylcholine adrenaline. These characteristics detection appearance progression reinnervation (and reactivation) collateral branching sudomotor fibers. Not only do results increase our basic understanding anatomical relations innervate, but also demonstrate provides useful model system for studying neuropathology sympathetic nervous system.
