摘要: The ligand-dependent nuclear receptors PPARgamma and RXRalpha/beta were recently determined to be essential for murine placental development trophoblast differentiation. In the current study we examined expression role of PPARgamma/RXRalpha heterodimers in human invasive trophoblasts. We first report that trimester placenta, RXRalpha are highly expressed cytotrophoblasts at feto-maternal interface, especially extravillous involved uterus invasion. coexpression genes cytotrophoblast nuclei then confirmed by immunocytochemistry, immunoblot, real-time quantitative PCR using cultured purified primary cytotrophoblasts. next examined, culture model, biological vitro, showed both synthetic (rosiglitazone) natural [15-deoxy-delta-(12,14)PGJ(2)] agonists inhibit invasion a concentration-dependent manner synergize with pan-RXR agonists. Conversely, or antagonists promoted Furthermore, antagonist abolished inhibitory effect Together these data underscore an important function modulation
