摘要: Information on pulmonary metastasectomy (PM) for uterine malignancies in the current era is limited. In present study, we analyzed clinical course and results of PM modern imaging diagnostics to clarify role a multi-institutional setting. Fifty-seven patients who underwent between 2006 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. The short- long-term outcomes, along with factors associated prognosis, analyzed. Details after described. mean age was 59.4 years. primary tumor located uterus corpus 34 cases (60%) cervix 23 (40%). median disease-free interval (DFI) 32 months. Forty (70%) received fluorine-18-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-d-glucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography before PM, complete resection achieved 52 (91%). Postoperative complications occurred 4 (7%). Of metastases, 28 experienced recurrence, among these, 17 local therapy, including six repeat PMs. Among resection, 5-year relapse-free survival rate 40.7% overall (OS) 68.8%. univariate analysis revealed that DFI ≤ 24 months significantly poorer OS. safe provides favorable outcomes selected patients. Patients > 24 months have better OS are good candidates PM.
