摘要: Five A-site deficient (Pr 0.6 Sr 0.4 ) 1-s Fe 0.8 Co 0.2 O 3-δ perovskites (s = 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, and 0.20) were synthesized using the glycine-nitrate process. The characterized with powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), dilatometry, four-point dc conductivity measurements, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy cone-shaped electrodes on a Ce 0.9 Gd 0 . 1 1.95 electrolyte. XRD revealed that only compounds s=0.01 0.05 of single phase. other contained an additional phase in form Co-Fe spinel. thermal expansion coefficient decreased systematically increase s. total followed small polaron hopping process below certain characteristic temperature. increasing It was likewise shown polarization resistance found minimum for compound s=0.05, area specific more than 3 times lower weakly 0.99 perovskite.
