摘要: In the super-heterodyne terahertz communication system, proper design of critical components like mixers and filters are great importance for enhancing its performance. this work, some issues on our newly developed system setup 140 GHz wireless communications key subharmonic mixer (SHM) based Schottky diode, as well silicon micromachined bandpass rectangular waveguide presented. According to ADS simulation, optimum conversion loss SHM is about 8.2 dB. And silicon-micromachined have been fabricated measured lowest insertion losses lower than 0.5
