摘要: Graminaceous plants are grown worldwide as staple crops under a variety of climatic and soil conditions. They release phytosiderophores for Fe acquisition (Strategy II). Aim the present study was to uncover how rhizosphere pH, background electrolyte temperature affect mobilization other metals from by phytosiderophores. For this purpose series kinetic batch interaction experiments with phytosiderophore 2′-deoxymugineic acid (DMA), calcareous clay mildly acidic sandy were performed. The temperature, concentration applied cation varied. effect pH examined applying two levels lime Cu soil. DMA increased application, negatively affected amendment. Mobilization decreased increasing ionic strength, lower divalent than monovalent cations at equal due higher adsorption metal-DMA complexes Metal rates leading faster onset competition; mobilized faster, but also became depleted temperature. Temperature biodegradation complexes. Rhizosphere type can have pronounced on Strategy II affecting time ‘window uptake’ in which benefit phytosiderophore-mediated uptake.
