摘要: Objectives Inhomogeneity in the atrial conduction time is a predisposing factor for fibrillation. The aim of our study was to determine independent determinants left intra-atrial electromechanical delay (LIAEMD) as marker (LA) dyssynchrony candidates coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABGS). Methods This prospective cross-sectional recruited 516 consecutive CABGS. Via pulsed-wave tissue Doppler imaging modality echocardiography, times between P wave and peak a' at septal lateral mitral annuli were measured difference these considered be LIAEMD. Additionally, clinical laboratory data on each patient gathered. odds ratio an increased LIAEMD calculated patients with without diabetes univariate multivariate analyses. Results multivariable analysis revealed that diabetes, obesity, calcium-channel blocker usage, maximal LA volume, decreased e'/a' diabetic patients, diuretic usage independently correlated likelihood occurrence (P Conclusions In CABGS candidates, determined prevention or treatment factors are detrimental function may helpful preservation integrity.
