摘要: General data and methods for calculations of the principal parameters semicountercurrent extraction processes are presented. Examples solving practical problems, based on application method to treatment waste solutions containing various valuable components, given. Deep purification concentrated zinc chloride remove iron impurity with aim utilization fluxing was carried out. The process performed in two steps filled VIK-II extractant form soap, through which initial solution 250 g l−1 ZnCl2 0.25 FeCl3 passed (βFe/Zn ≥ 1500). 100-fold amount relative working volume extractor passed. Fe concentration purified did not exceed 0.0025 ( 200). one step a chromic acid, 8.4 Cr(III), 13 Fe(III), equal 0.66 aqueous volume. recovery 98.5%. With W o = V a, as high 99.9%. A minor fraction Cr (<8%) coextracted can be returned process.
