摘要: In this paper we propose an approach for gear fault prognostics in presumably non-stationary and unknown operating conditions. The monitors the evolution of statistical complexity generated vibrations envelope vis-a-vis its Renyi entropy. is obtained through wavelet coefficients calculated from vibrations. Such allows seamless estimation remaining useful life monitored drive without any prior information about conditions no a priori data regarding physical characteristics drive. effectiveness was evaluated on experiments monitoring natural progress under variable load.
