摘要: Effects of the water-soluble extract Ganoderma tsugae mycelium (GT), its alcohol-insoluble subfraction (GTI), and alcohol-soluble (GTS) on splenic natural killer (NK) cell activity serum interferon (IFN) production were assessed in mice. Intraperitoneal administration GT (4-200 mg/kg) or GTI (1-50 mg/kg), but not GTS, augmented NK cytotoxic a dose-dependent manner C3H/HeN This augmentation cytolytic was mouse-strain-dependent. The IFN titers mice also elevated after i.p.-doses GTI. GTI-induced reduced by either IFN-(alpha+beta) antiserum IFN-gamma monoclonal antibody vitro. treatment with neutralizing resulted 70% reduction IFN, while against mouse IFN-gamma, moderately neutralized (50%). These results demonstrated that both [IFN-(alpha+beta) IFN-gamma] are extracts
