摘要: The impressive observations of Hench et al. in 1948 [126] on the prompt and favorable response rheumatoid arthritis to cortisone led rapid introduction glucocorticoids into clinical practice. Although these compounds are now frequently used for long periods time treatment various diseases, effects accompained by serious side-effects [27, 102, 431]. These adverse include enhanced protein catabolism, adrenal atrophy, osteoporosis, impaired healing peptic ulcers, psychoses. Because therapeutic benefit is too great dismiss, attempts have been made counteract their side-effects.
