摘要: The groundbreaking discovery of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells) provides a new source for cell therapy. However, whether the iPS derived functional lineages from different origins have immunogenicity remains unknown. It had been known that isolated extra-embryonic tissues, such as umbilical cord mesenchymal (UMCs), are less immunogenic than other adult skin fibroblasts (SFs). In this report, we differentiated human UMCs and SFs into neural progenitor (NPCs) analyzed their immunogenicity. Through co-culture with allologous peripheral blood mononuclear (PBMCs), showed were indeed to simulate proliferation PBMCs. Surprisingly, found NPCs UMC-iPS retained low parental based on PBMC assay. cytotoxic expression assay, reactions in most kinds immune effector more perforin granzyme B SF-NPCs stimulation UMC-NPCs system, T system well. Furthermore, through whole genome microarray analysis, over 70 genes, including all members HLA-I, expressed at lower levels SF-iPS cells.
