摘要: UNLABELLED Operative options for the younger patient with an arthritic knee remain controversial. Cemented TKAs performed best, cumulative revision rate 15.5%, compared to 32.3% unicompartmental (UKA) 34.1% cementless designs. Men had higher than women, 31.9% 20.6%. Adjusting implant type gender, there no difference based on diagnosis (OA versus other) group (< = 40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55 years) between cruciate-retaining -substituting Eighty five percent cemented TKA implants survived at 14 population under Cementless UKA increased risk independently.
