摘要: ABCB5 belongs to the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) superfamily, which is recognized for playing a role in failure of chemotherapy. has also been found be overexpressed at transcriptional level number cancer subtypes, including breast cancer. However, exact mechanism uses on cell metastasis still unclear. In present study, we demonstrate that expression was increased metastatic tissues when compared with nonmetastatic tissues. can significantly enhance and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), while knockdown inhibited these processes. Microarray analysis indicated ZEB1 may function as downstream factor ABCB5. Furthermore, positively relevant Knocking down inhibits ectopic expression-induced migration invasion, well EMT. Taken together, results helped realize oncogene functions cells provided new direction treating
