摘要: Organic micropollutants, like pesticides and pharmaceuticals, are frequently detected in surface water as a result of emissions from sources agriculture, industry households. Surface is an important drinking source. Due to their specific physical chemical properties, micropollutants cannot be completely removed treatment plants therefore occasionally water. Although they only occur very low concentrations (ng/l up ?g/l), adverse effects on ecology (surface water) public health (drinking ruled out due many gaps knowledge. To reduce the risk organic legislation has been developed via decision-making processes at level European Union (EU) restrict emissions. Initiated by Water Framework Directive 2000, over last decennium Priority Substances (PS) have identified – including several which bound maximum acceptable (Environmental Quality Standards, EQS). protect interests, stakeholders association Dutch companies, Vewin attempt influence EU decision-making. The research question answered this thesis is: “Which recommendations can formulated for counter quality threats based reconstruction regarding given multi-stakeholder setting?” Pesticide decennia, while pharmaceuticals emerging problem production. Nevertheless, potential or aquatic environment regulated same legislative context pesticides: Directive, specifically identification PS (1997 2001) derivation EQS (2002 2008). By reconstructing EQS, factors that significant impact outcome not used threat pesticides, but other well.
