摘要: Abstract To account for cross-linguistic differences in agrammatism, Bates and her colleagues have employed the Competition Model, proposing that cue validity costs of a grammatical morpheme particular language will directly affect how agrammatism is manifested. Using Goodglass et al.'s (1993) Morphosyntax Battery English translated version Spanish, we analyzed use equivalent structures production comprehension by agrammatic speakers two languages. Wilcoxon signed-rank tests revealed relative order difficulty both various morphemes was same Spanish- English-speaking patients, with exceptions: (1) Spanish-speaking agrammatics were relatively better at producing subject-verb agreement, (2) Spanish significantly worse comprehending active passive voice sentences. The Model can explain performance regarding agreement sentences, but it cannot seen
