摘要: Twenty-seven 9-12 months old healthy male dromedarian camels were used to determine total nucleated leucocyte count (TNCC), absolute and percentages of polymorphonuclear (PMN) mononuclear leucocytes, protein (TP) concentration in synovial fluid from grossly radiographically normal fetlock joints. Arthrocentesis was performed bilaterally the joints forelimbs hindlimbs. Blood contaminated samples obtained or abnormal excluded. The mean +/- SD TNCC 108 joint fluids 500 400 cells/microl. Monocytes/macrophages predominant cell type. There no significant differences TNCC, numbers various leucocytes TP concentrations between right left hindlimbs types were: PMN 1 2 cells/microl (2%), lymphocytes 116 167 (26%), monocytes/macrophages 383 323 (72%). g/dl.
