摘要: Abstract A joint inversion of regionalized phase and group velocities fundamental mode Rayleigh waves is performed by means a simulated annealing scheme which makes use some thermodynamic analogies based on the Gibbs’ distribution. The correlations uncertainties shear-wave defining elastic model are estimated using procedure same analogies. As relevant feature, algorithm permits reducing usual dependence solution sometimes arbitrary starting model. shortcoming linked to this for solving an problem necessity previous empirical determination parameters controlling process. With aim, simulation synthetic surface wave dispersion data has been performed. After that, path-averaged velocity curves corresponding Hercynian area Iberian Peninsula have inverted derive two possible crust upper mantle structures. Whereas, first structure deduced considering as unknown variables shear stratified Earth model, second obtained also including respective layer thicknesses. Both structures compared with Qβ models derived stochastic in studies from dataset. Finally, advantages shortcomings discussed.
