摘要: Named Data Networking (NDN) is a promising Information-Centric future Internet architecture. Besides its recognized potentialities as content retrieval solution in wired domains, NDN has been also recently considered an enabling technology for the of Things (IoT), thanks to innovative features like named-based routing and in-network caching. In particular, possibility caching at intermediate nodes can be especially useful reduce delay, limit network traffic load on data producer. However, unlike traditional contents, IoT are typically transient periodically refreshed by At same time, routers, devices resource-constrained, with limitations terms energy, storage processing capabilities. Therefore, algorithms designed (intransient) routers do not well suit domains. this paper, we consider wireless NDN-IoT propose novel distributed probabilistic strategy that relies freshness potentially constrained capabilities (energy level capacity). The proposed evaluated through simulations ndnSIM results show it outperforms mechanisms energy efficiency.
