Spray-Pyrolyzed ZnO as Electron Selective Contact for Long-Term Stable Planar CH3NH3PbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells

摘要: Electron selective contacts (ESCs) play an important role in the performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). ZnO has attracted attention as a good material for ESCs because its matched energy levels with those perovskite, high transmittance visible region, and electron mobility. Here we reported use thin layers prepared by spray pyrolysis ESC PSCs. Our based planar CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) devices not only were stable humidity 35% but also improved even after more than 1 month preparation, due to increase charge transfer at interface it been characterized impedance spectroscopy. The formation depends on preparation conditions such gas flow, zinc acetate solution concentrations, substrate temperatures, all which have effect stability MAPbI3 cells.
