摘要: Eleven patients with intrinsic asthma and aspirin sensitivity were challenged intravenous hydrocortisone sodium succinate (Solu-Cortef; the Upjohn Co., Kalamazoo, Mich.). Three showed definite evidence of bronchospasm, which was easily reversed by subcutaneous administration epinephrine. Evidence is presented suggests that this reaction not caused other constituents preparation but rather Solu-Cortef alone. No atopy demonstrated in group as a whole, observed probably nonallergic nature. We suggest replacement dexamethasone treatment such population.
