摘要: We describe a novel system for rapid prototyping of laserbased optical and holographic layouts. Users this tool ‐ called the Illuminating Light move physical representations various elements about workspace, while tracks these components projects back onto workspace surface simulated propagation laser light through evolving layout. This application is built atop Luminous Room infrastructure, an aggregate interlinked, computer-controlled projector-camera units I/O Bulbs. Philosophically, work embodies emerging ideas builds on notions ‘graspable media’. briefly introduce Bulb concepts discuss their current implementations. After overview domain that designed to address, we present overall design implementation, including intermediary toolkit voodoo which provides general facility object identification tracking.
