摘要: The invention discloses a Non-Equilibrium Capillary Electrophoresis of Equilibrium Mixtures (NECEEM) method and NECEEM-based practical applications. NECEEM is homogeneous technique, which, in contrast to heterogeneous methods, does not require affixing molecules solid substrate. the facilitates 3 In first application, allows finding kinetic thermodynamic parameters complex formation. It advantageously for revealing two parameters, equilibrium dissociation constant, K d , monomolecular rate constant decay, k off single experiment. second this provides an approach quantitative affinity analysis target molecules. use probes with relatively high values . third presents new powerful select target-binding (ligands) from mixtures.
