摘要: Clonal plants that produced by somatic embryogenesis technique is one of the best choice to produce supperior clonal cacao (Theobroma L.) planting materials. The a possible way for massive propagation, outcome true type plants, architecture similarity seedlings but there not segregation like plants. At present mass production started plantlets until post-acclimatized cocoa was done at Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Institute. Distribution system materials whole areas in form as up-rooted plantlet. Some problems identified reduce probability decreasing viability them extreme internal water deficit. This research investigate influece storage condition (air tight non-air tight) box (mica plastic cardboardbox). first experiment result show, no significant different between mica cardboard usage pantlet. Viability post acclimatized plantlet influenced exactly air condition. Air have better acclimatised (81,58%) than (65,00%). Leaf sanasence on (10,33%) lower (32,58%). There significantly volume per 4.416 cm3 12.600 cm3. Relationship fallen leaves planlet follow negative linear correlation y = -1,4719x + 104,88 (R2 0,9772). second treatment showed maximal periode cclimatized just 6 days stored (97%) with 3 one. decreased after period.
