摘要: The paper presents the results of experimental research on surface micro-topography in case machining. cutting edge geometry (including its roughness) and trajectory relative to workp iece generate what we call nominal machined surface. real differs from one due to: i) deviation longitudinal profile with respect tool traje ctory, caused by chip separation workpiece material , ii) transverse wi th profile, plas tic deformation detached material. This is way t he actual roughness usually higher than one. In other works, have proposed a machine control technique based optimal reactive process schedul ing. Unlike current feedrate scheduling techniques, includes quantification into small sequences, called quanta, separately op timal setting, for each quantum. setting ref ers basic parameters, namely: uncut shape, dimension, iii) speed. addresses relationship between scheduled parameters Basically, idea adiabatic character thermal field which appears section chi p. Using profilography, electron microscopy, atomic force are investigated s nature part conditions, hand, topogr aphy, interrupted turni ng. Finally, it presented how hould be used performance level, can obtained.
