Quantum optics experiments with single photons for undergraduate laboratories

摘要: We present new results of interference experiments for undergraduates that underscore the quantum nature light. The use parametric down-conversion to generate pairs correlated photons. involve one- and two-photon schemes rely on first second-order coherence effects. They can be used as a complement teaching mechanics or optics.
