摘要: This work designs a novel programmable hairpin probe (PHP) for the immobilization-free electrochemical detection of nucleic acid by coupling polymerase/nicking-induced isothermal signal amplification strategy with biphasic reaction mode first time. The designed PHP (including target-recognition region, template sequence enzymatic and an inactivated anti-streptavidin aptamer) could program multiple reactions in solution phase accompanying situ amplified detectable at electrode surface labeled ferrocene tag on PHP.
