摘要: Abstract Ceriporiopsis subvermispora was used to modify corn stover for improving the biodegradability and biomethane yield. Corn incubated with C. 5–90 days then anaerobically digested. It found that modified 15 days achieved highest yield of 235 mL·g−1 VS, which an increase 15.2% over non-modified one. The mechanism analyses indicated improvement resulted from combined roles degradation selectivity, destruction lignocellulosic structures, linkages. showed has a high relative selectivity lignin degradation. structure linkages among hemicellulose cellulose were broken obviously by acetyl group removal, enzymatic hydrolysis increased 35.61%. finding modification is one effective methods enhancing stover.
