摘要: Monepantel (MOP), a new anthelmintic drug from group of amino-acetonitrile derivatives, has been intensively studied during last years. Many authors examined this different perspectives, e.g. efficacy against species and stages parasites, mode action, metabolism, pharmacokinetics, toxicity, resistance, ecotoxicity, etc. MOP is an for livestock (currently only sheep goats), with molecular action which to all other anthelmintics. broad-spectrum activity gastrointestinal nematodes sheep, including adults L4 larvae the most important species. The key feature its full effectiveness strains resistant benzimidazoles, levamisole, macrocyclic lactones closantel. After oral administration, quickly absorbed into bloodstream metabolized sulfone that similar as parent molecule. Several metabolites formed in ovine hepatocytes were described. are considered be non-toxic environment components, such soil microflora, aquatic organisms, dung vegetation, aim presented review was not collect reported data but bring overview various approaches study evaluate their principal results.
