摘要: Abstract Motivation As new integrative methodologies are being developed to analyse multi-omic experiments, validation strategies required for benchmarking. In silico approaches such as simulated data popular they fast and cheap. However, few tools available creating synthetic sets. Results MOSim is a R package easily simulating experiments consisting of gene expression data, other regulatory omics the relationships between them. supports different experimental designs including time series data.
