摘要: As a component of the urban fabric system, zero-emission neighborhood (ZEN) projects represent an opportunity to boost sustainable performance cities. However, overlooking potential different actors or underestimating complexity interactions among them may threaten themselves. Public procurement is powerful tool that potentially enables national and local authorities achieve development goals while procuring necessary products services. This paper aims understand innovative public (IPP) reduce some project in ZEN. Besides literature on neighborhoods (SN), empirical insights are drawn from ongoing ZEN map primary sources such projects. Afterward, for dialogue with suppliers mainly discussed light these sources.
