An electron microprobe study of rat incisor teeth with low or high concentrations of strontium

摘要: Abstract Data accumulated with the electron microprobe has shown that strontium produces decreased mineralization and an inverse relationship exists between calcium contents in rat incisor tooth. Semi-quantitative data on strontium, phosphorus of enamel dentine are presented. Sagittal sections high-strontium teeth revealed gradients increasing from incisal to apical areas were relatively constant.
